For the deliveries of items that are in stock, the following applies: ordered on Monday till Thursday before 15.00 hrs and Friday before 11.00 hrs, the order will be shipped the same day.

Return or exchange
Megapro Tools accepts exchanges and returns of purchases made through the website within 30 days of the original purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since the purchase, this is not possible. To be eligible for return and credit, we ask that you notify us prior to returning the product using the form below. We are happy to discuss with you the best way to return free of charge.

Lifetime warranty
Megapro Tools offers a lifetime warranty on all screwdrivers manufactured in the US and Canada. The 24-in-1 Precision Screwdriver has a 3-year limited warranty. The warranty does not cover the bits. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, product misuse or product modifications. Products must be used in a safe manner for the purpose for which they are intended.
If your screwdriver needs to be replaced, please complete the form below and attach a photo(s) of the damaged screwdriver. Our customer service will respond as soon as possible.
